Start your day with an energetic workout. The Foundry’s fitness boxing morning boot camp is designed to give you the best value for your money by maximizing the number of calories you burn in just one hour. The class will meet at 8am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

Getting fit doesn’t have to be hard – in just one hour of boxing, you can burn up to 800 calories making it one the best calorie burning exercise there is. You don’t need expensive equipment, all you need is some time and desire – The Foundry offers a special 6 week fitness boxing morning bootcamp that teaches you everything that you need to know about the sport while getting an intense workout.

Ben is currently licensed as a personal trainer at The Foundry, but is using his knowledge of fitness and his experience in boxing to develop 18 classes that will push you to improve your health and learn some fun techniques.
