The Foundry offers members interested in group fitness several opportunities to work with experienced and knowledgeable instructors to help tone their bodies, lose weight, and improve their health. Most group fitness classes are available for a small additional fee, but we also offer special courses like fitness bootcamps, clinics, and workshops for a la carte pricing.
