Join us for a Self-defense seminar this March. The class will be free to the public, but you will need to register to save your spot in the class. In this class, you will learn how to defend yourself from a number of attack scenarios. Along with specific techniques, we will also cover self-defense concepts and principles to help keep you safe in any situation.
This class can be attended alone or you can invite a friend or family member to join you so you have someone to practice the techniques with. Please wear comfortable workout clothing for the event. While the focus will not be on fitness, there will be some drills that will make you move around so a water bottle and towel.
