Bob LeFavi talks about The Foundry and why he thinks it is a great place to work out this year. Bob has a lot of experience in the fitness industry including his position as dean of the Beaufort Campus at the University of South Carolina, Beaufort. Previously, he was professor and head of the Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology at Georgia Southern University (Armstrong Campus), where he led 60 faculty and 2,000 students.
